About the Festival:
The 2011 EarthWell Festival in Park City, Utah this September 10 & 11 is a one-of-a- kind event that endeavors to bring together the best of sustainability and wellness into one unique outdoor venue. Just off I-80, the festival transforms 75,000 square feet of parking lot into a vibrant village with streets and parks, filled with white tents, colorful flags and the requisite festival atmosphere; think Green Expo meets Renaissance Faire. The EarthWell village offers organic corner cafes, a world music stage, kids’ zone, parks,
even pubs serving organic beers and wines.

Attendees can explore and experience holistic healing and alternative medicine, get conventional medical tests, try a variety of participatory classes from hula hooping to self defense, or browse a wide selection of green building providers, as well as a over 100 shops offering sustainability and wellness products and services, even an "auto row"
of alternative energy vehicles. Numerous classes will be available covering topics from LEED Building 101 and Green Roofing to hormone balancing and nutritional cooking.
The village is also entirely solar powered and geared to be 95% recyclable.

New this year is an emphasis on Electric Vehicles with many custom vehicles attending and information about EVs readily available from onsite experts. With activities ranging from recycled arts and crafts for kids to drumming circles for seniors the event promises an experience to be remembered for all who attend.
