For any of you that are interested, especially those in MT or nearby, there is a youth-led conference being held in February in Missoula, MT on revamping the energy economy. It sounds like it will be very similar to the summit, only with an energy focus! Hey Everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that if you're anywhere near Denver October 1st you should come Take a Walk on the Wild Side at Barr Lake State Park! (Check out the website http://walk.birdday.org/rmbo) This walk-a-thon is put together by Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory (RMBO), and its emphasis is to get people outside to create healthy communities for people and the environment! I believe this is a lot of what we talked about at the Summit last month, and all the donations collected will help RMBO’s environmental education programs. HEY ALL! I'm gonna be driving south through Denver, gonna hit Greeley, Boulder, Breckenridge, and Crested Butte? Not sure where else. But I will be in the state between thw 13th and the 20th.
