Outdoor Nation Summits… The Revolution Continues in 2012!
For the third year in a row, we're hosting Outdoor Nation Summits so that you - and your generation - can find solutions to the challenges that are keeping people indoors.

Which Summit should I attend?

If you're between the ages of 16 and 28 and want to change the world so that everyone has the chance to GTFO, then we have the experience for you! If you are new to Outdoor Nation and want to learn more about us, then you should register for one of the Outdoor Nation Signature Summits (more info below!). If you are an Outdoor Nation alum or ready to take your leadership skills to the next level, then you should register for one of the ON-IT Summits(more info below!).

The Outdoor Nation Signature Summit is a free two-day event with 249 of your peers (give or take) working together to find solutions to the challenges that are keeping people indoors. Over a weekend you will discuss outdoor barriers, brainstorm creative ideas and even receive funding for the best and brightest projects...voted on by you and your fellow Summit participants. ON-IT Summits will bring Outdoor Nation leaders, activists and social entrepreneurs together for two days of intensive leadership development training. This training, provided by experts in the field, will give you the tools to grow and sustain your community action plans, projects and organizations. You’ll also have time to present your one-of-a-kind ideas and get a chance to just hang out with other outdoor leaders during a camping overnight. So, what are you waiting for - register now!

National Congress

Washington, DC: August 27-31

Joining forces with our friends at the Natural Leaders Network, Outdoor Nation's National Congress will bring together the top young leaders in the outdoor community to set a national agenda, outline top priorities and meet with key officials in Washington, DC. In addition, delegates will receive a week-long leadership training and have exciting outdoor adventures at the National Conservation Training Center.

This team will meet with members of Congress, administration officials and other important decision-makers to talk about America’s natural resources and funding priorities. This program is invite-only. If you feel you should be considered for the 2012 National Congress, please email us.
