Chris is executive director of The Outdoor Foundation. In 2010, under Chris’ direction, the Foundation launched Outdoor Nation – a movement that is engaging, empowering and activating the most influential group of our time, Millennials, to spearhead a nationwide effort to reconnect young people with the outdoors. As the Foundation’s fearless leader, Chris determines the overall direction of the organization, leads The Outdoor Foundation team, cultivates donors and builds strategic partnerships. When she’s not hard at work on behalf of The Outdoor Foundation, you can find Chris kayaking, surfing and hiking with Doodle (her yellow lab). Contact Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ivan joined The Outdoor Foundation in 2011 as the Director of Outdoor Nation. He is passionate about creating the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts and helps Outdoor Nation build a national movement to get young people outdoors and active. Ivan is the grants guru – designing and implementing Outdoor Nation grants – and is in charge of all aspects of Outdoor Nation Summits. He is also an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University with the School of Recreation, Health and Tourism. On his days away from the office, Ivan is usually playing outside with his son Mason or gardening (in a manly kind of way). Contact Ivan at email@example.com.
