Night hiking

Has anyone ever done a serious hike at night? I'm thinking of doing a climb in the Adirondacks on July 15, because there will be a full moon that night. Does anyone have advice/experiences to share??

"One more thing in addition to Nathan's suggestions. Planning your night hike on the night of a full moon really increases the amount of light and make it much easier to see the trail and your surroundings. Also full moons are gorgeous."
