North Texas Kids Outside wants so share our passion with you guys and we want to see how YOU get outside! Post a picture to our Facebook wall and then on Nov. 7 you and your friends will vote for the winner! Anyone can enter and anyone can win!

Our project was made possible by a $2,500 ON grant at the 2012 Austin Summit this past July. We are taking our first camping trip this next weekend at Cedar Hill State Park, near Dallas, TX. 3 families will join us (all 1st-time campers) and we will introduce them to the outdoors in a supportive community of outsiders and state park rangers.
